Is e-commerce giant “Amazon” returning to Twitter?
Many tech giants have been away from Twitter’s platform, but recent reports suggest that Amazon and Apple might be returning.
Amazon is expected to commit around $100m (£81.3m) per year to the platform. However, they are yet to respond to these reports or make any official announcements about their return.
Amazon signals that they may be willing to overlook the concerns while seeking out new avenues of revenue growth. Twitter offers incentives to the biggest spending advertisers.
It has been reported that Amazon never ceased its advertising on the platform, despite the downturn in revenue. It all happens due to Twitter security concerns by the big giants.
It remains unclear whether other big names will soon follow Amazon in terms of resuming their ads on Twitter’s platform; however, it seems likely that more tech giants will soon be jumping on board given how lucrative this market can be if used correctly.
